As a food production facility in Perth, Western Australia, managing under-sink grease traps has always presented a significant challenge, especially given their compact size and crucial placement within our operations. Our search for an effective solution led us to your company, and I'm thrilled to share the positive outcomes we've experienced since beginning treatment in early January 2024.

We treated two 18L grease traps located under our sinks, each handling different aspects of our food processing waste. Prior to using your product, these traps were a constant source of concern due to insufficient cleaning services that left residues, leading to odours and potential hygiene issues.

Our treatment commenced on the 3rd of January 2024, with an initial application of Eco Tabs and shock powder. The application process was straightforward, involving the addition of these treatments directly into the traps, followed by a brief flush of water. Over the subsequent month, we maintained a weekly routine of shock powder treatments, with additional Eco Tabs added in early February.

The results have been outstanding. The previously inescapable odours have disappeared, and the buildup of fats, oils, and greases has significantly diminished, leaving the contents of the traps appearing fresh rather than mouldy or putrid. This improvement is particularly impressive considering Perth's hot climate, which previously aggravated the issue.
